3D Realms Runs The Quake Engine For New Successor Game WRATH: AEON OF RUIN
Quake game developer is collaborating with a new team to use the ole Quake engine for a new game. 3D Realms and 1C Entertainment have joined forces, along with developers KillPixel, in order to make WRATH: Aeon of Ruin. WRATH takes over the classic setting and style of the FPS games which we all love but brings in a full 3D aspect to its continuing challenge and enemy diversity along with it.
The reveal trailer for Wrath: Aeon of Ruin tells some of the stories before getting right into some of the gore and hard-hitting gameplay that will seem natural while hosting new enemies.
Unfortunately, all of us classic FPS fans will have to wait until an unknown month this Summer to play WRATH, but at least it will be within this year; if you can play it on Steam. Those who want to play on console, be it Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One, will have to wait until the early months of 2020 to get their hands on the game.
