All The Big New Xbox One Games Coming in 2019

By  |

Microsoft’s Xbox One will be six years old in 2019, and the console has lots of new games coming in 2019. In the following article, we list our 35 most anticipated new Xbox One games that are currently scheduled for release in 2019.

Here we are only listing the game we’re anticipating, not every game coming to Xbox One. Some of these games don’t have a set release date, for now, so they could end up being postponed to 2020 or later. After the first collection of games that are listed for 2019, we plan the titles that might or surely will release after 2019. These second collection of games have been listed as “Beyond 2019.” This gallery is not ranked and we’ve just listed game names in alphabetical order.

As of publishing this gallery, Crackdown 3 is the first major console exclusive coming to Xbox One in 2019, but it certainly isn’t the end. Gears 5 is apparently the biggest one, but there are a few indies–namely Tunic and Ori and the Will of the Wisps–as well. Some, including all of Microsoft’s first-party titles such as Crackdown and Gears, even come added in Xbox Game Pass on the day of their launch.

It looks like third-party games are where Xbox One is getting most of its most expected games though. BioWare’s Anthem and Square Enix’s Kingdom Hearts III come early in the year, with Devil May Cry 5, Doom Eternal, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and many more following throughout 2019. Xbox One is making some third-party indies too, like Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and Indivisible and many more.
