Battle Royale Mode Confirmed For BATTLEFIELD V By EA
EA announced some more details on the new upcoming title Battlefield V during the EA Play press conference. The developer revealed an official multiplayer trailer some weeks ago, and now EA didn’t take too long to announce the addition of the ever-popular battle royale mode in Battlefield V.
Battle Royale in Battlefield V will be called “Royale.” EA did not disclose any more details on this during the press conference. However, we can assume that more data will be coming soon during E3, where it is likely that a hundred more battle royale games will also be announced.
The success of games such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Fortnite created the popularity of the battle royale mode. Ever since then, new developers started making games starring their own version of battle royale and household names such as Call of Duty and now Battlefield, started to follow the increasing trend.
EA also confirmed the presence of team play, vehicles and extra features that gamers have never encountered before in any other Battlefield game. There will more details which are expected to be announced as soon. Battlefield V will hit stores on October 11 this year and it will be available on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
