CYBERPUNK 2077 is Delayed Once More!
CD Projekt Red has broken some hearts today with the announcement that Cyberpunk 2077 would be delayed again and now will be released in December. This news just broke weeks after the game had “Gone Gold”, which means that it’s 100% ended in terms of playability. The news released on Twitter, and here’s the tweet itself below.
It seems that the most important perpetrator for CD Projekt Red stems from the ongoing pandemic. Their developers are all working from home and that can have an influence on getting things done, quickly. They’re making sure that every console that the game will be running on is finely tuned for it and that all variants of it ship at the same time. It’s highly praiseworthy that they’re being honest and not selling a game that isn’t worth their players’ money and time and not shipping a game packed with bugs. I think more game publishers and developers be this honest about their projects.
Honestly, at this time I don’t know how many times this project has been pushed back and the new date is set. It’s one of my most anticipated games and it is just annoying right now that I have to wait even more. I just cannot wait to check out Night City! The new date for Cyberpunk 2077’s release is December 10th now, just in time for the holidays and hope this is the final release date, now I don’t believe anything anymore! You can buy it for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Google Stadia.
