Crystal Clear Ice for Cocktails

I love bubble free ice in my drinks and today Cocktail Chemistry released a very helpful online guide to crafting lovely cocktails, demonstrated a process called directional freezing, The use of this process allows sediments within water to rise to the top and once frozen, be cut off of a block of ice, resulting in crystal clear cubes customizable to any size. How cool is that!

Create beautiful, clear ice without expensive equipment. Using a process called “directional freezing”, I’ll teach you how to make perfectly clear ice balls, cubes, and sticks.
