Farm Manager 2021 – Useful Tips and Tricks

Farm Manager 2021 is a very crafty laid back game and it is on top of my list of farming games, If you haven’t tried it yet then you definitely should if you like farms and want to manage them. Here you can find some tips and tricks about gameplay mechanics, problems, etc.

Farm size

You can expand your land ownership by buying more land. There are no limits to the size of the farm.

Seasonal workers

Seasonal workers can work only on fields on manual works or in harvesting into chest trailers. Set the right time for these workers to save some money on wages. They can’t use machines.

Bigger fields

Unlock bigger fields by upgrading your main farmhouse at the start of the game, for me bigger fields need fewer workers and machinery and you can manage farming fields much more easily than a ton of smaller fields.

Get your agrotourism started

Start your agrotourism earlier so your fam shops can sell your access produce, for me this is the best way to sell all the products and make tons of money without going back and forth to the farm market to see the excess stuff, storage comes premium in this game.

How to solve Logistics Building AI problem

Logistics buildings are helpful to have plenty of them and your goods move faster, and just position additional Warehouses near your production facilities if you can’t afford them in the beginning, so your workers will only have a short walk.

Staff management

You are not needed to fire employees from buildings if you want to hire a new employee for the building. If you want to unassign an employee from the building, you need to click on the building and then click on the “x” at the top of the employee’s picture.

Manually management

You can organize your fields manually. To disable automatic field management, turn off both types of fieldwork (machine and manual) and choose a plant. This makes the buttons in the field overview clickable and lets you assign workers or machines manually. It also allows you to bypass some steps of the fieldwork.
