Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Trailer Revealed The PC Features Of The Game
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Ubisoft’s survival based sequel to Wildlands, has released some of the PC-specific features it wants to promote. Ubisoft’s PC ports come with loads of settings to change, but you can some of the star tweaks in action in the trailer below.
There is a lot of the usual things, like the uncapped frame rate, ultra graphics settings, and support for a diversity of displays, including multi-monitor support. You’d think it wouldn’t need a disclaimer saying it was “PC optimized”, but I suppose it’s good to know that delivering a poorly optimized port isn’t part of the game plan.
Breakpoint also utilizes AMD’s FidelityFX toolkit, It connects contrast-adaptive sharpening with luma preserving mapping and clears up your GPU by bundling more effects into several shaders passes. It really makes the game look sharper and crisp.
It will also come with the Discord integration when you want to take a pause from being a lone wolf and rather struggle together, and eye-tracking for both gameplay and menus.
You can register for the Breakpoint beta, which is starting off in September, and it’s expected on the Epic Games Store and Uplay from October 4.
