Google Phone App Now Have All New HOLD FOR ME Feature
Google is adding a new feature to its Google Phone app for Android, and this new app is called Hold for Me. There is nothing worse than being on hold to a company when you are waiting to talk to them, this new feature is designed to stop you from wasting your time on hold.
The new hold for me feature will wait on your call when it has been placed on hold, it uses Google Assistant and it will inform you when there is a person in the line waiting to talk to you.
Hold for Me, is a new Phone app feature, helps you get that time back, beginning with an early preview on Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a (5G) in the U.S. Now, when you call a toll-free number and a company puts you on hold, Google Assistant can wait on the line for you. You can go back to your work and with your life, and Google Assistant will inform you with sound, vibration, and on your screen, if someone is on the line and ready to talk. That means you’ll use more time doing what’s valuable to you, and less time spending on the hold music.
This sound seems like a very time-saving feature and could be really helpful, as you could get on with something else while the Google Assistant is assisting you in holding a line.
