Google Pixel 2 More Awesome Details Leaked
More details about Google’s upcoming flagship devices surfaced on the internet.
Citing a “source familiar with the matter that spent time with at least one of the phones”, the report mentions that Google is working on two new smartphones codenamed Taimen and Walleye which will come with 5.99-inch and 4.97-inch screens, respectively.
Taimen is expected to be the bigger one among the two devices and will be manufactured by LG, while the other device will be manufactured by HTC. The report from XDA Developers continues to mention that Taimen will come with a 1440p OLED panel provided by LG Display. It is expected to launch with a 5.99-inch display and very small bezels on the side — there’s a possibility that it may feature a bezel-less display, something similar to what Samsung did with the Galaxy S8 and the S8+. Other rumored features of the phablet includes a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Walleye, on the other hand, is expected to come with a 4.97-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
