New Amazon Luna Update is Small Step Towards Huge Improvement for the Cloud Gaming Service

Amazon Luna

Amazon and Ubisoft recently made an announcement that could improve Amazon Luna. In case you’re not acquainted with it, Amazon Luna is Amazon’s cloud gaming service. The announcement from Amazon and Ubisoft is that you can now play select Ubisoft titles that you own from the Ubisoft Store. Before this, Luna gamers were only able to play games on the Channels that they were subscribed to. Now, if you own games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, or even Uno on PC through the Ubisoft Store, you can now play those via the cloud without subscribing to a channel.

All you have to do is have Amazon Prime, have supported games bought through the Ubisoft Store, and link your Ubisoft and Luna accounts, and you’re good to go. This lessens the need for a strong gaming machine which is nice. The company has released a comprehensive list of titles supported, but here’s a list of all the games said from both of them.

  • Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China

  • Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India

  • Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia

  • Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
