New Redfall Trailer Highlights The Telekinetic Powers Of Layla

As we approach the release date of Redfall on Xbox Game Pass on May 2nd, 2023, the excitement among gamers is building up. Redfall is an upcoming open-world, first-person shooter game developed by Arkane Studios, the creators of the Dishonored and Prey franchises. The game is set in the isolated island town of Redfall, Massachusetts, which is overrun by a group of vampires that players must fight against.

To give us a taste of what’s to come, Arkane Studios has started to introduce us to the heroes that players will be able to choose from in the game. The first hero we get to see is Layla, also known as the “Telekinetic Threat”. In a newly released video, we get a glimpse of her backstory, as well as some snippets of gameplay that showcase her impressive abilities.

According to the video, Layla is “perfectly suited for offense or defense”. She is equipped with telekinetic powers that allow her to move objects and enemies with her mind, making her a formidable opponent. In the gameplay footage, we see her using her telekinetic abilities to hurl objects at enemies, creating a shield to protect herself, and even lifting an enemy into the air before slamming them down to the ground.

But Layla isn’t just a one-trick pony. She is also equipped with a range of weapons, including a sniper rifle and a pistol, which she can use in conjunction with her telekinetic abilities to take down enemies. It’s clear that Layla is a force to be reckoned with, and we can’t wait to see what other heroes Arkane Studios has in store for us.

Overall, Redfall looks like it’s shaping up to be an exciting and action-packed game, with a diverse range of heroes that players can choose from. With the release date just around the corner, we can’t wait to get our hands on the game and start battling against the vampire threat in Redfall.

We’re fast approaching the release of Redfall on Xbox Game Pass on May 2nd, 2023, and ahead of that date, Arkane is giving us a glimpse at each Hero in the game – starting with the “Telekinetic Threat”, Layla.
