Rainbow Six Siege Delayed

Rainbow Six Siege

Ubisoft has posted a new update regarding the Rainbow Six Siege release date. The news is not good for those anticipating this title. It has been through playtests in its studios and had hands-on demos at events like E3 and Gamescom too. So they have plenty of player feedback. That feedback has made Ubisoft realize that there’s more to be done before this title is ready to launch.

So they decided to push back the Rainbow Six Siege release date. Sad news, but it should lead to a better game. That’s best for everyone.

Rainbow Six Siege was originally supposed to be released on October 13th, 2015 but Ubisoft has pushed it back to December 1st, 2015 for all regions. Ubisoft says that it wasn’t an easy decision, but between the feedback and its own internal tests, it feels that there are adjustments and improvements to be made.

The co-op experience across all modes, weapons, gadget balancing as well as menu and interface navigation will be improved. The closed beta for Rainbow Six Siege will start on September 24th, 2015.
