Refurbished Galaxy Note 7 Will Not Be Sold in the US
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been a disaster when several of them exploded all over the world and its batteries were the culprit as the reports suggested. The company recalled the entire Note 7 stock last year and we heard later that the company plans to sell refurbished units of the device in several markets, but fortunately, the United States is not one of those markets.
Recently, Samsung confirmed that the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 handsets will not go on sale in the United States.
The company further told the news channels that it’s working with local regulators in different markets to make sure the refurbished units can go on sale there. “The objective of introducing refurbished devices is complete to reduce and minimize any environmental impact,” the company said in a statement provided to The Verge. “The product details including the name, technical specification and price range will be announced when the device is available,” the comment further states.
