Rocket League Launched
Rocket LeagueIs the sequel to the popular Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars.
XboxOne version includes All “Game of the Year Edition” content as well as two Xbox One exclusive vehicles in the form of the The Halo “HogSticker,” an alternate version of the Warthog from Halo, and the Gears of War Armadillo armour vehicle.
Modes include : 4-Player Splitscreen, 8-Player Online, Ranked and Unranked play, special Mutator-themed playlist(s), Private Match support offering named rooms and optional passwords. As well as Exhibition 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, Unfair Mode (1v2, 1v3, 1v4), and Offline Season Mode.
Rocket League’s gameplay is largely the same as that of its predecessor Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. Players control a rocket-powered car and use it to hit a ball that is much larger than the cars towards the other team’s goal area to score points, in a way that resembles a soccer game, with elements reminiscent of a demolition derby.
Rocket League is released on Xbox One and it is available for $19.99.
