Sense Sleep Monitor Will Track Not Just Sleep Patterns

Sense Sleep combine sleep patterns with ambient factors like noise, light, temperature, humidity, and particles in the air to create reports that can detail how a variety of things are affecting the quality of your sleep.  Noise will be recorded, too, so you can have a clearer picture of why your sleep cycle seemed to go awry at 3AM.

Sense consists of two devices.  The main unit is a round-shaped item that will sit on your nightstand, packing all the sensors that take the ambient measurements in the bedroom.  Monitoring your actual sleep patterns is assigned to the accompanying Sleep Pill, which clips to your pillow and records every toss and turn you make while lying on the bed.  All data from the two devices are synced to the accompanying mobile app.

Aside from the sensors, Sense comes with an onboard speaker, so you can have it play relaxing sounds to help lull you into sleep.  Options include white noise, pink noise, and calming rain, among others. Alarm clock included.

A Kickstarter campaign is currently running for Sense.  Pledges to reserve a unit starts at $99.
