SPIDER-MAN MILES MORALES

Marvel’s upcoming Spider-Man: Miles Morales looks great and I’m super excited about it, Check out this great launch trailer that’s been released just now and that is sure to get you pumped about the game! This game looks super fun and packed with a great storyline, and you’ll be able to play it this week so you don’t have to wait for long! This trailer gives a lot of new details on the game and the story of the game.

The story for the game is set about a year after the events of the first Spider-Man game and in the winters this time. Brian Horton, the game’s creative director, explained, “Marvel’s New York is covered in snow, and just before Christmas break, a war between an energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army has broken out. Miles’s new home in Harlem is at the heart of the battle.”

The story has a full arc for Miles, which started in the first Spider-Man game. Horton explained:

“We really are completing this hero’s coming of age in our game. It is a complete story. When we started crafting it we realized that, with a little bit more of a compact storytelling style, we could tell a very emotionally impactful story that would fit really well as an experience that would take Spider-Man 1 and [Miles Morales] and do justice to this character.”

About the stunning game’s animation, the movements, the mechanics, and even his superpowers and movements, it’s been explained that they “aren’t just unique tricks for this character, they are metaphors for that hero’s journey the pair keep mentioning.” While Peter’s origin “was born out of tragedy,” Horton says Miles “is more so born out of the family. What I think is really compelling about Miles as a character is he has friends that he could actually let into his world — his human world and his Spider world. He’s a little different in the way he approaches it.”

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be released for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on November 12th.
