STRAY’s Physical And Collectors Editions Release Date Announced

Developers BlueTwelve Studio and publisher Annapurna Interactive, announced a partnership with iam8bit and Skybound Games to bring a physical edition of the game to players. While you are still able to pre-order these physical editions, with all of the details you need including information on their merchandise from Travel Cat for your real pets right here, we have an official release date for these items.

Beginning off with the standard retail edition, it will be available for PlayStation 4 on November 8th for $39.99 USD and contain six full-color art cards alongside the physical copy of the game. Players that buy the PlayStation 4 retail edition will also get a free upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version of Stray. More excitingly, players can get the Exclusive Edition for $44.99 USD, which comes with:

• The physical game for PlayStation 4

• A 14.4” x 24” poster of the iconic first teaser image released for Stray

• Six art cards

• A fuzzy, pettable chenille patch of the game’s cat-face logo, perfect for adorning backpacks of any size

• Packaged within a matte black o-sleeve featuring an elegant holofoil finish

Stray’s Exclusive Edition and a double LP black vinyl soundtrack by composer Yann Van Der Cruyssen are available for pre-order now on the iam8bit website. The iam8bit Exclusive Edition will start shipping in Q4 2022 while the upcoming vinyl will ship in Q1 2023.
