The 5 Powerful And Rare Items In World Of Warcraft

By  |

World of Warcraft

The history of World of Warcraft is packed with stories of extremely low drop rates for rare gear and items, especially from the MMO’s first few DLC additions. There are things so rarely seen in-game that they still attract gamers.

While numerous of the rarest things in WoWare only available in the auction houses and with collectors, there are some that people can get without having to pay a massive amount of gold. All it needs is tolerance, faith, and very good luck.

Hunting Rare Items

The rarest of the WoW items that you want to hunt down is only one step of the method: the next step is to come up with a useful plan to keep the path of and catalog your quarry. World of Warcraft blossoms on add-ons, and while it’s perfectly feasible to obtain some of these items without anyone else’s help, some mods can go a lengthy way in making this quest of items a little bit easier.

  • Rarity: An improved item tracker for just about every collectible item in World of Warcraft. It also comes with drop rates, and the possibility within a group, and can remind the player of special events.
  • RareScanner: Scans the area for rare mobs, prizes, and otherwise for the gamer to hunt down. Can be helpful for easy and pro item collection.
  • Auctioneer: Especially helpful Auction House item that tells the player of price drops, and highlights the current AH value of things all over the game.

5 Brawler’s Harness

• Expansion: Vanilla (removed)
• How to Get: Auction House or Trade Chat

The Brawler’s Harness is one awesome item in Vanilla WoW that Orc, Troll, and Undead Warriors started with. As a shirt, gamers could have it and a chest item supplied at the same time, and it made warriors look brutal. It’s not the rarest drop in World of Warcraft, but the very absence of them still in the game compels them quite the prize.

The Brawler’s Harness was sacked in the Cataclysm expansion when the leveling incident had substantial changes. There are items in the game that serve an exact purpose, but if a gamer wants one of these original shirts, they can hope to spend huge amounts of gold, the price varies server to server.

World of Warcraft

4 Miner’s Hat Of The Deep

• Expansion: Vanilla
• How to Get: Any band in the Uldamans dungeon

The Miner’s Hat Of The Deep is the rare thing a player can come to already exist as a Kobold in World of Warcraft, that is, except using the Red Noggin Candle. The article is a helmet that also has a candle on the top of the player’s head and you can get it from just about any waste mob in the Uldaman dungeon region.

However, it is still very rare so there are many players who have been to the dungeon over 1000 times and still have yet to find it. While the odds of the special item coming out are not known to the public, all mobs in the Uldaman dungeon can give this special Hat of the Deep.

World Of Warcraft Classic

3 Xorothian Firestick

• Expansion: Vanilla, Classic
• How to Get: Drops from Warlock-specific boss

The Xorothian Firestick is with the items very rare in World of Warcraft because gamers cant get it from the game just not anymore, similar to the Brawler’s Harness. This amazing and cool item was a very rare drop from a boss only Warlocks could name as part of their mount class DLC in Vanilla World of Warcraft. As with a lot of things in the game, it was ignored when Warlocks no longer had this mission in Cataclysm.
It was a pickup item, only Hunters, in the game can use, and it is difficult to achieve in Shadowlands. World of Warcraft Classic fans know this weapon well, and many a Warlock has seized this chance to market runs of the boss for just the chance to get Firestick in the Vanilla part.

World of Warcraft

2 Zin’rokh, Destroyer Of Worlds

• Expansion: Cataclysm
• How to Get: Troll Archaeology

Zin’rokh, Destroyer of Worlds is an object still very much open in Shadowlands, but be ready to farm Archaeology for many years for this very visually attractive weapon. This weapon is a lucky drop from Troll artifacts, but the gamer must have at least a level 450 Archaeology skill to actually have a chance at discovering it.

Troll Tablets lower the number of artifacts required to solve Troll Archaology puzzles, but finally, this is a huge grind very few have achieved.
