Turtle Beach Released Its First Mobile Gaming Controller

Turtle Beach has just announced its first gaming controller that is compatible with Android gadgets, along with PC and Xbox consoles! This new controller can work on a variety of devices and be accurately given the name Recon Cloud Hybrid Controller.

This new controller was created and designed by the same team that brought us the React-R Controller just last month. It has a huge 30+ hour battery life with quick, play-and-charge capability for all-day gaming when on the go. We can’t forget the flexible phone clip that securely mounts all compatible Android phones – almost any sized phone, even in its case – above the controller. Then, when the clip is separated, it transforms into a tabletop stand.

It also has a 10-foot braided USB cable for PC and console play, which while plugged into those platforms, players have access to audio features like Superhuman Hearing, custom audio presets, and more. All these audio options that Turtle Beach is known for will be available to players while the controller is used in its wired mode.

To answer the question about the team’s plans to make controllers for other platforms, such as Apple gadgets and PlayStation, is Juergen Stark, Chairman, and CEO, of Turtle Beach Corporation. He stated, “The Recon Cloud is the first of our expanded lineup of mobile controllers launching this year, with additional new products designed for iOS and other consoles coming soon.”

Turtle Beach’s Recon Cloud Hybrid Controller is available for pre-order for $99.99 USD and is set to release on October 16th. It is available in both Black and Magma Blue color styles.
